Yes. The date is set around the site, so car parks, entrances and tenants keep moving. Most jobs are done in a single visit.
How do you reach the high level areas?
From an elevated work platform. Onkar is MEWPS certified and height certified, and reaches parapets, soffits and upper cladding from a platform, a ladder or rope and harness, whichever the job calls for.
What is included in a commercial wash?
The building exterior, the roof, gutters and downpipes, soffits and parapets, car parks and paths, and the exterior glass. One contractor for the whole envelope.
Can it be run on a set schedule?
Yes. A portfolio can be put on one schedule so every building comes back to the same standard rather than being booked one at a time.
Do you clean the roof as well as the walls?
Yes. Metal and longrun are treated to lift moss and lichen out of the ribs, on the same visit as the building wash.
What about the car park and the entranceway?
Concrete, paving and entrances take a harder clean than cladding, so those get the surface cleaner rather than a soft wash.
Do you work on schools?
Yes. Classroom blocks, halls and covered walkways across the grounds.
