Why an Auckland roof

Moss and lichen sit down in the ribs of a metal roof and hold water there. On an older roof, that is where the coating gives out first.

What a roof

A biocide applied at low pressure. High pressure on an older roof strips the coating and forces water under the laps, so it is not used.
