This policy explains what Property Soft Wash does with the personal information you give us, and it applies to this website, to quotes and to the work itself.
2. What we collect
Your name, phone number, email address and the address of the property. Whatever you tell us about the job, and any photographs taken of the work. Nothing else is asked for and nothing else is needed.
3. How we use it
To prepare a quote, to arrange and carry out the visit, to invoice you, and to answer you if you get in touch afterwards. Photographs of finished work are only used publicly with your permission.
4. Who we share it with
Nobody, other than where it is needed to do the job or where the law requires it. Your details are never sold, rented or passed to anyone for marketing.
5. How it is kept
Your details are held for as long as they are needed for the work and for our own records, and they are kept secure. Anything no longer needed is removed.
6. Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be removed. Get in touch and it will be dealt with. These rights come from the Privacy Act 2020.
7. Cookies and website analytics
This website uses standard analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. That information is grouped and does not identify you. Your browser can block cookies if you would rather it did.
