Soft washing uses low pressure and the right solution for the surface. High pressure on cladding, paint or an older roof forces water where it should not go and can leave marks you cannot undo.
Which cladding types can you wash?
Weatherboard, plaster, brick and block. Each takes a different pressure, which is set on the day rather than in advance.
Do you do the roof at the same time?
Yes. Metal and longrun are treated to lift moss and lichen out of the ribs, on the same visit.
Do you work at height?
From an elevated work platform. Onkar is MEWPS certified and height certified, and reaches the upper storey and the soffits from a platform, a ladder or rope and harness, whichever the job calls for.
How long does the outside stay clean?
That depends on shade, trees and which way the house faces. A spider treatment after the wash keeps webs off the eaves for longer.
