Will the grey come out of the timber?
Usually, yes. Grey is weathered surface fibre and it washes back. Deep staining under the surface may not.
Can you do composite decking?
Yes, and it takes a different method. Composite does not want a hard wash.
Do you do both sides of a fence?
Where there is access, yes. A shared boundary depends on the neighbour.
How long before it can be oiled?
It has to be dry right through, not just on the surface. That depends on the weather that week.
